I have lived my entire life in the City. Environment fixed with angular shapes - concrete corners everywhere. Park is my escape, the place to connect with myself and rest. Parks has distinct borders, their space is limited, shaped to fit in the planning of the City, it has a start and end. Is it enough for us to feel free? ‘Crush’ This work illustrates a feeling of a complete crush - It can be emotional, physical, psychological exhaustion and burnout. A moment when getting up is not an option; Completely flat, squeezed, drained, trashed; Left alone on the street to rust. Life in the city… Urban landscape, gray and dark.
